Dispenser tools broken

Γεια σας, ζητώ συγγνώμη που πρέπει να γράψω στα αγγλικά — I found this gadget still uses the broken "dispenser tools" (http://69.142.160.183/~dispenser/[...]). It may be unsafe for editors to use this, as the IP address could be reused in the future. I would recommend deleting this gadget. Γεια σου, and thanks for the notice. Indeed it is unfortunately inactive for long time. Removed it from Gadger definitions [1] so it will no load any more, and I will remove it from some userscript pages.
